A bit about me...
Hi, I'm Lynn.
I am also a mom, a spouse, a grandma, a gardener, a sailor, an artist, a hiker, a swimmer, a kayaker, and an ICF accredited life coach just to name a few. I live in Puget Sound on the ferry access only Vashon Island with my husband and our golden, Monroe.
Professionally, I was the managing principal in a retained executive search practice for over 25 years. I have a broad corporate training and facilitation background including communication, board retreats for-profit and nonprofit organizations, executive outplacement, and career development in both academia and corporate environments.
My undergraduate degree is in education from the University of Kansas and my graduate coursework was at the University of Miami in the administration of higher education and organizational psychology. I earned a CVPCC accreditation from Coachville, Center for Coaching Mastery and PCC accreditation from International Coaching Federation.
I was magnetically drawn to life coaching by the aspirational nature of coaching itself. The opportunity for me to use the skills I have gathered working with people throughout my life in such a meaningful way has pulled me to a new and unexpected place.
The reward of sharing the unique transformation experienced through coaching with each of my clients truly puts wind in my sails.
